School support staff protest
Around three hundred people have gathered to protest about pay cuts for some staff at Derby City Council.
An equal pay review has led to many staff receiving a higher salary, but hundreds have lost out.
Some teaching assistants have lost around six thousand pounds a year.
The council leader, Ranjit Banwait, has promised to go and look at alternatives.
ѿý Radio Derby's political reporter Chris Doidge explains what's been happening.
