Reigning world triathlon champion Gwen Jorgensen went the entire season unbeaten and is most people's pick to win Olympic gold in Rio next year.
But right now she's focused firmly on her annual "eatcation", a four-week spell when the diet goes out the window.
Lee James spoke to Jorgensen about the rules and rewards of a month away from competition.
