Fleeing conflict in South Sudan
Tim Franks travels to South Sudan to find out why the world's youngest nation has failed to deliver on the hopes placed in it at independence. Although a fragile peace deal is in place, observers are not optimistic about its success. Tim visits Malakal, which once had a population of 140,000 but is now largely deserted as a result of the recent conflict between rebels and government forces.
