
Can street art change the world?
French street artist JR has worked on walls and buildings around the world.
His work involves taking portrait photos and daubing them across public spaces, including the security wall separating Israel from Gaza.
Speaking on the Today programme, he explains how he makes his art and whether he believes it can change how we think about our lives.
The reaction to his work, he says, led to the realisation that “it’s like one big street we all live in”.
