Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone says Sepp Blatter should remain in charge of FIFA despite facing corruption charges.

蜜芽传媒 Formula 1 correspondent James Allen, who has heard the comments Ecclestone made on Russian television, said the conversation started out talking about F1 but Ecclestone went on to say that he didn鈥檛 think Blatter should have stepped down.

Allen added that Ecclestone went on to talk about the United States ahead of next weekend鈥檚 grand prix in Texas. "They're a big island and a bit isolated,鈥� Allen reported Ecclestone as saying. 鈥淭hey鈥檙e slowing starting to learn what other people in the world do."
