Cricket history was made this Saturday in the Adelaide suburbs where the England wicketkeeper Sarah Taylor became the first woman to play Australian first-grade cricket.

Taylor was in the Northern Districts side for the match against Port Adelaide in the South Australian competition which is the highest level of cricket played in the state outside of first class cricket.

Only men have played in the league since it's inception in 1897, and told Sportsworld's Lee James how it felt to be a trailblazer.
