Three penalty shootouts at the same time
Three out of four of Tuesday’s League Cup fixtures ended level after extra-time requiring penalty shootouts to separate the sides.
At the Britannia Stadium, Conor McNamara was watching as it finished Stoke 1 – 1 Chelsea after 120 minutes of play. At Goodison Park, Ian Brown witnessed Everton draw 1-1 with Norwich and John Hunt was at the KC Stadium observing yet another 1-1 draw between Hull City and Leicester City.
In this clip we relive all three dramatic penalty shootouts which saw Stoke, Everton and Hull progress to the quarter-finals of the League Cup with commentary from our reporters around the grounds.
