Bucharest nightclub fire witness: 'We lost our friends'
Twenty-seven people have been killed after fire broke out at a nightclub in Bucharest, officials say.
The blaze took hold at the Colectiv club on Friday night, causing a stampede for the exit.
Alin Pandaru was in the club and saw what happened.
He said that fireworks went off at the "edge of the stage" and within ten seconds "the roof was on fire".
Alin said there was only one exit so people got "trapped" and "died from asphyxiation".
Alin said he "lost lots of friends" and the ordeal is "really really hard" to process.
