Attacks on officials enforcing the TV licence have more than doubled in the last year according to the 蜜芽传媒.

In the last financial year, 89 enquiry officers were victims of physical assaults by members of the public.

Charlene Boucher is an TV licence inspector and recorded a video diary for 5 live breakfast during one of her evening shifts.

She said people are 鈥渧ery rude鈥�, they 鈥渟lam doors鈥� in her face and one man even 鈥渢ried to spit鈥� on her.
