Andre Schubert's relationship with Borussia Monchengladbach has been described as a "wild marriage".

The new coach has taken the Bundesliga club from the bottom of the table to the verge of the Champions League places after winning his first six games in charge - but he still hasn't been offered a permanent deal.

"Andre is one of the candidates to get the job but not the only one," says Karsten Kellermann, sports editor of the Rheinische Post.
