Referees do not have respect for players - Danny Mills
Former England defender Danny Mills believes football referees do not have respect for players.
Discussing the recent charges issued by the Football Association to Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and West Brom head coach Tony Pulis for comments they made to match officials, Mills said: "Do football referees have respect for players? I don't think they do."
“If you look at some of their decisions, they just wave people away and say, 'oi you, come ere'."
When asked about the difference between football and rugby referees, Mills added: "95% of the time, the decision in rugby is right. In football, 70%, maybe 50%."
