Ahmad Chalabi remembered
Ahmad Chalabi, the Iraqi politician who played a key role in persuading the United States that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction, has died of a heart attack at the age of seventy. The former Iraqi Prime Minister, Iyad Allawi reflected on how Ahmad Chalabi had served his country best.
