The rest test
Do you spend most of your spare time shopping, answering emails or doing household chores? If so, when do you get the chance to rest – and what does rest actually mean to you? The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ has launched a test, in collaboration with academics at the Wellcome Collection, which is expected to be the world's largest survey on how people get their rest. Claudia Hammond is a psychologist and presenter of "Health Check" on the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ World Service. She explained the purpose of the survey.
