How does a football manager make a good impression on players when they join a new club?
Former Newcastle goalkeeper Steve Harper describes the managerial approaches of the late Sir Bobby Robson and Ruud Gullit, both of whom he worked under during their respective spells at the club.
Robson was Newcastle boss from 1999-2004, and Dutchman Gullit from 1998-1999.
As Harper explains, one manager made a good impression, while the other didn't have such a positive impact.
