As results from Sunday's historic election in Myanmar are counted, Phil Robertson of Human Rights Watch warns supporters of Aung San Suu Kyi's party, the NLD, against being too quick to rejoice. He says the critical issue is whether the Union Election Commission - the election regulator - will be transparent and impartial.
