Child migrant: I'm alone thousands of miles from home
A few miles from Gothenburg, carers in the Swedish town of Boras looks after many unaccompanied child migrants and refugees - but how do they end up alone?
Samir, 16, left Afghanistan with his family due to conflict. He told 5 live's Dotun Adebayo he hasn't seen his relatives after they were attacked by bandits in Turkey.
"I thought I was going to meet up with my family later but I waited for them for two months and they never showed up."
An estimated 190 000 refugees and migrants have arrived in Europe this year and social workers are struggling to cope with the number of unaccompanied children.
