40,000 Euros worth of Comté cheese has been stolen in France - what makes it so valuable? Arnold Puech D'Alissac is a national board member of the country's largest farmers' union, the FNSEA. He says that to steal such a large quantity of cheese - 100 wheels no less - the criminals must be part of an organised network.
