Travis Tygart: We have to win battle for clean athletes
Travis Tygart, the chief executive of the US Anti Doping Agency, said athletes who cheat are 'frauds' and 'losers' and that Russia should miss Rio 2016 and are the "weak link" when it comes to drug testing.
Tygart added "we can't undervalue the types of pressures and temptations that are on athletes. If left unchecked without a system that protects them then it's really easy to justify because you think everyone else is doing it.
He said "we have to win this battle for clean athletes".
