US Treasury Secretary: US alone can not drive global growth
Ahead of the G20 summit, the US Treasury Secretary, Jacob Lew, tells Newshour's Tim Franks "the world can not count on the US to provide all the demand for global growth." He says that the US may offer Kiev a third loan guarantee, but that Russia is hampering Ukraine's efforts at reform.
