Olive oil v 'extra-virgin': can you taste the difference?
Some Italian olive oil producers have been accused of passing off lower quality oil as the top of the range 'extra-virgin' variety. But can consumers taste the difference? James Coomarasamy invited Charles Carey, director of UK oil import company The Oil Merchant into the studio to find out.
