How Real is the Threat from Cyber-Terrorism?
Britain is set to almost double its funding to fight cybercrime over the next five years. In a speech at the intelligence agency GCHQ, Chancellor George Osborne warned that Islamic State militants are attempting to develop the online means to disrupt significant UK targets.
