The release of Jonathan Pollard
Jonathan Pollard, an American convicted of spying for Israel, has been released from a US prison after serving 30 years of a life sentence. Professor Alan Dershowitz of Harvard University has represented Pollard and Joseph DiGenova prosecuted him in the original case. They have very different assessments of his release.
