Kimchi: the best thing you've never tried?
The UN has announced it will consider adding North Korean kimchi to its list of the world's "intangible cultural heritage", after South Korean kimchi was added two years ago. It's a dish that's eaten by 95% of Koreans every day... But what is it? We asked the Korean-American chef behind London's Jinjuu restaurant, Judy Joo.
