Can we cut sugar levels in our food?
This week a group of MPs have said the government has got to get tough on the food industry if the UK is going to tackle rising levels of obesity.
The MPs backed calls from Public Health England for a new sugar reduction programme, with companies set targets to slowly cut the amount in our foods.
The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Jim Reed looks at how easy it might be to cut sugar from our diets - including trying natural alternatives.
