As climate talks in Paris continue, negotiators from 195 countries will try to seal a deal to prevent temperatures rising by more than 2 degrees Celcius above pre-industrial levels, thereby avoiding dangerous climate change. But not everyone is impressed. Matt Ridley, a columnist for the Times and a member of Britain's House of Lords, is sceptical about what this will all mean.
