As negotiations continue at the UN climate change conference in Paris, we ask how smaller, more vulnerable countries that may suffer the effects of global warming are building resilience. Baroness Scotland was born in the Caribbean island of Dominica and coordinates the country's international relief effort. She told Dan Damon about the destruction left by tropical storm Erika earlier this year.
