Winston Churchill's tailor opens its archives
The archives of the Savile Row tailors Henry Poole and Co have been made public. The company is still going strong today and has made clothing for emperors, maharajahs, kings and dukes. It even counted Winston Churchill as one of its high-profile, if erratic, clients. James Sherwood is an historian of fashion.
