If this isn't Mona Lisa, who is she?

She's one of the most famous faces in the world and Leonardo da Vinci's masterpiece, but is the woman in the painting who we think she is?

A scientist says he's found a portrait of a different woman underneath the surface of the Mona Lisa.

Andrew Graham Dixon said that there has "always been an idea" that there are two paintings but the scientist has discovered that Da Vinci painted over the original picture of Mona Lisa.

He said, "The million dollar question is, if the woman we're seeing now ain't Mona Lisa, who is she?"
