Wow! It was brighter than we expected!
The bright spots visible on the surface of Ceres - the biggest object in the main asteroid belt - left everyone wondering as to what they could be. If water was out of the question, then what could they be? ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½â€™s Jonathan Amos talks to Andreas Nathues of the Max Planck Institute for Solar System Research in Goettingen, Germany about the answers new data from the Dawn spacecraft has provided.
