Ryan Giggs shouldn't rush to be a manager says Stuart Pearce
Ryan Giggs should remain a coach at Manchester United rather than leaving to become a manager - so says former England Under-21 boss Stuart Pearce.
Giggs, who is Louis van Gaal's assistant at Old Trafford, has been linked with the managerial vacancy at Swansea following Garry Monk's dismissal but Pearce believes the 42-year-old should stay at United.
"I would sit tight and have another couple of years at Manchester United," said Pearce who worked with Giggs when he led the Great Britain side at the 2012 Olympic Games.
