As details are released in Paris of a landmark deal to curb climate change, we hear from James Fletcher, the development and energy minister of the Caribbean island of St Lucia. He's a leading delegate at the Paris talks, and tells us how climate change could devastate his country. He also gives us his reaction to the draft text which has been presented by the French foreign minister Laurent Fabius.
