Damon Albarn's part as frontman for the band Blur, is well documented. But increasingly he's proving himself a real force in musical theatre. His take on the Elizabethan alchemist Dr Dee was a major hit in Manchester and London.
Now, Damon has teamed up again with Rufus Norris, the National Theatre's new artistic director, for a digital era look at Lewis Carroll. 'Wonder.land' has great music, lyrics -- and fantastic 3D graphics. When they met, Andrew asked Damon Albarn if his virtual band Gorillaz had inspired this online adventure with Alice.
