Soyuz rocket readies for take-off
25 years after the first British woman went into space, a British male astronaut - Tim Peake - will blast off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on Tuesday. He will join a Russian and American colleague en route to the International Space Station. Professor Monica Grady, a British space scientist at the Open University, watched as the Soyuz rocket they will travel in was wheeled out of its hangar.
