Why do we anthropomorphise the things around us?
As babies, we give human-like qualities to toys and other objects. Even as adults, we attribute other everyday things with agency - with a mind, motivation and emotions that is. Such inanimate objects like our cars and computers, but also the weather and pets, we see as having similar qualities to ours. But why?
