The sound of US interest rates
Neal Razell from the World Service's On Background programme has created an "audiograph" to illustrate changing rates over the past 60 years. It uses sounds to convey numbers. The US central bank, the Federal Reserve, is widely expected to increase rates for the first time in nearly a decade.
