Adlington & Jackson: 'Don't panic in Olympic year'
Double Olympic gold medalist Rebecca Adlington, and double world champion Colin Jackson give their expert advice to budding shooter Amber Hill, on how to strike gold at Rio 2016.
At 18 years-old Amber Hill has already won World Cup and European Games gold, and Jackson and Adlington say it's key to stay level-headed in the run up to the Olympics.
Adlington who won two golds in the pool at Beijing 2008, says it's important to stay calm claiming some athletes "sneeze and go oh my god call the doctor" because of fearing illness and injury ahead of a major competition.
