Man City looks Guardiola's 'most likely' destination

Pep Guardiola’s next management role looks ‘likely’ to be at Manchester City, according to European football journalist Archie Rhind-Tutt.

Guardiola has announced he will leave Bayern Munich at the end of the season, with Carlo Ancelotti replacing him at the Bundesliga side, and Rhind-Tutt believes the Spaniard could be bound for the Premier League.

“I think it is definitely going to be his next project, it’s just a question of whether its next summer or whether he takes another sabbatical," he said.

“Manchester City looks his most likely destination, particularly with the likes of Txiki Begiristain and Ferran Soriano, two people he was very close with at Barcelona engrained within the club there," he added.

Soriano is the CEO at City, while Begiristain is director of football and both previously worked with Guardiola when he was manager at Barcelona.
