A tale of two Malalas
Malalal Yousafzai needs no introduction. She's the 18-year-old Nobel Peace Laureate from Pakistan who was targeted by the Taliban and now lives in Britain. Today she was reunited with a fellow campaigner for girls' rights - a 17-year-old schoolgirl called Muzoon Almellehan. She's known as "Syria's Malala." The two teenagers first met last year when the original Malala visited refugee camps in Jordan. Her Syrian counterpart and her family have just been granted refugee status in Britain. The two girls told Newshour's Lyse Doucet that now they live in the same country they can work together.
