Toddler handles 999 call after pregnant Mum collapses
A three-year-old girl from near Bristol is being awarded for her bravery after she handled a 999 call when her pregnant mother fell down the stairs. In November, Emma was able to tell the emergency services where she lived and what had happened after her mother Catherine hit her head.
South Western Ambulance has released a recording of the phone call and says the toddler handled herself better than most adults. Mum, Catherine told 5 live she's proud of her daughter "she was more confident than I would've been in the same situation and the full reality of what had happened didn't sink in until the next day".
