Don Howe: Tributes paid to former Arsenal boss
Former Arsenal goalkeeper Bob Wilson paid tribute to Don Howe, who has died aged 80, saying "He was one of the greatest coaches ever in the game of football".
Howe became one of the most well-respected coaches in the history of the English game and managed both West Bromwich Albion and Arsenal. He was capped 23 times for England.
George Graham, who managed the Gunners, went on to say of Howe "he got the team 100% right and that was down to his organisation. He was a lovely man".
When his playing career ended, Howe became a well-respected coach and was a key figure in the backroom teams of managers Ron Greenwood, Sir Bobby Robson and Terry Venables.
