Everton fan Lee, phoned 606 after his side's draw at home to Tottenham Hotspur, to demand Roberto Martinez is relieved of his duties as manager.

He was unhappy at the team's performances this season so far and frustrated as they 'slip down the table'.

He said "I said I'd give him till Christmas, but nothing has changed, it's the same old routine, we're too predictable."
