
ABLE2UK: the festival for disabled music fans
The man behind the T in the Park music festival is helping to arrange a gig specially designed for disabled people.
Geoff Ellis has said he will help put the gig together, which will take place in Glasgow next Thursday.
Del Garland, who has impaired mobility, has told 5 live the festival is "all still about awareness; there's a long way to go" when it comes to making music events accessible to everyone.
The ABLE2UK festival will feature an on-stage signing interpreter, step free access to the arena and toilets, blue badge parking and a hearing induction loop.
