Why did a journalist run along Whitehall in his pants?
Dan Hodges admitted he was rash to say in 2012 that if UKIP get more than 6% of the vote he would streak.
"They got 12% so I suppose technically I should have run down Whitehall and back up again," said the Telegraph journalist.
Mr Hodges wasn't completely naked for the prank, but he says it didn't stop him from getting some funny looks.
"It was a typically British reaction, there were a couple of words of encouragement and a couple of people looked up then carried on as if nothing was happening. This is Britain and fortunately in Britain you can do absolutely anything so long as it is in the name of a good cause. They'd look at me and I'd say 'it's for charity' and they'd say 'good luck to you sir'."
