'The road ahead is long, cold and very challenging'
Medics working at refugee aid camps in the Balkans say they are seeing a spike in the number of migrants falling ill, because of the cold weather. Temperatures have fallen to as low -11C in the region. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ reporter Tulip Mazumdar has travelled from Macedonia, through Serbia to the border with Croatia.
