Steve Harmison: 'I'm glad we didn't win the Stanford game'
Former England fast bowler Steve Harmison admits he is – in hindsight – relieved at losing a match organised by disgraced Texan billionaire Allen Stanford.
Harmison featured in the England side who took on the 'Stanford SuperStars' in the Caribbean in a winner-takes-all match worth $20m.
Harmison also expressed surprise that no-one from the ECB was made accountable for England playing in the fixture, organised by a man who is seven years into a 110-year prison sentence for his role in one of the biggest fraud schemes in US history.
