'Four shops refused my disabled husband toilet access'
Joan Dein's husband Brian, who suffers from Parkinson disease, wet himself after being refused access to the toilet at four different shops.
Joan told 5 live Afternoon Edition's Sarah Brett how each shop told her Brian couldn't use the toilet, despite her telling them of his disability, and that he was 'desperate':
"I said 'my husband's disabled, he's got Parkinson's disease' ... he said 'no' and turned around and walked off".
Joan continued, "I just want understanding from everybody in shops when people like ourselves go in and say 'excuse me can you help us'".
