Chancellor George Osborne has said the UK's in-out referendum on its terms of membership of the EU is a "once-in-a-lifetime decision".

Andrew Neil discussed the planned vote on the EU with Conservative Eurosceptic MEP Dan Hannan and Friday鈥檚 guests of the day, journalists Gaby Hinsliff and Tom Newton Dunn.

Mr Hannan told the programme: 鈥淏russels doesn鈥檛 take no for an answer鈥� If we vote 鈥楴o鈥�, that鈥檚 when they will start to take us seriously and proper concessions will be put on the table.鈥�
