Mark Lawrenson and Steve Claridge discuss the appointment of Francesco Guidolin as the new head coach of Swansea.

The former Udinese manager will work alongside Alan Curtis 鈥� who had been placed in interim charge 鈥� until the end of the season, with the Italian having the final say on team selection.

鈥淭hey are normally good at these things - on this one it鈥檚 baffling because they don鈥檛 seem to know what they are doing,鈥� says Claridge.

Lawrenson says: 鈥淲e all look at Swansea and say how well is this football club run, but now it鈥檚 almost like the toss of a coin [to make decisions].鈥�
