The Oscar-nominated Film On Denmark's Military Involvement In Afghanistan
The nominations for the Oscars were announced last week, and one film that's up for an award in the Best Foreign Film category next month, is a Danish feature titled 'A War'. The movie is about a Danish army officer who's put on trial for war crimes in Afghanistan.The director is Tobias Lindholm and he spoke to Weekend's Julian Worricker from Copenhagen. He began by describing the scale of the Danish involvement in the war in Afghanistan.
