New England rugby union boss Eddie Jones says meeting Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola made him realise "how bad he had been coaching for the previous two years".

The Australian also told reporter Sonja McLaughlan he had taken inspiration from England's 2003 World Cup-winning side.
